WANTED: MTB Shoes and clipless pedals

Text: I am interested in purchasing the following:
1) MTB shoes in sizes 44-45 and 38-39
2) 2 sets of clipless pedals for the above, preferably with some sort of platform so they could be ridden without said shoes for short commutes, although let me know what you have even if not.
