The room is rectangular with just a cut out for the fireplace hearth. The smallest dimensions of the carpet are 134” x 195” (11’ 2” x 16’ 3”).The carpet isn’t new, but is in decent shape. It has some spots on it, but a rug doctor can probably take most of them out. We still have the same type of carpet in the living room if you’d like to see it installed.
