The TV is measured about 59”W, 44”H, and 20”D, and weights about 160 lbs. We have not been using the stand since it is bit too short for our viewing. This TV has a lot inputs, - HDMI, DVI, IEEE 1394, computer input, cable card, card slots for digital cameras, component inputs… you name it. The cable card slot allows you to watch cable TV without cable box (you need cable card from a cable TV provider). The manual says it can also record cable TV programs (digital recording, requires separated box).
