I have a full size IKEA Stora loft bed (model not made anymore). Seems to be sturdier than the metal beds, and has been reinforced with 2 cross beams.

Dimensions: Length: 208 cm Width: 147 cm Height: 206 cm Bed width: 140 cm (Sorry, I got these of a uk website, so it's in cm)
I'm 5'2", and can easily stand under it.
Need to sell ASAP! Would be willing to drop price to $75 if you help take it apart. Comes with instruction manual, ladder, and two trays. Mattress not included!
